We will ship a set to all backers who request it. We understand that some backers have already made a request, but we ask that everyone (including those backers) submit an official request via our Google Form here:

As fulfillment continues in (North America and Europe), we want to thank you again for your continued support and kind messages! It’s been so exciting reading comments about your game's arrival. For those who noticed, Solo Mode isn’t in the box! We are working on identifying what happened here and will update you on this next week once we have all the information.
If you are a backer in need of customer support for component replacements or missing items, we’ve put together a list of the necessary information below that we’ll need to complete these requests. Please do not post any of your requests or personal information in the comments on the Kickstarter page; instead, please email ([email protected]).

Status Update: Fufillment Underway!

Hi everyone!
Quick update for our U.S. backers: The games have arrived at our US warehouse, and shipping will begin as soon as they are received. We anticipate shipment to begin early next week.
For all regions, we expect the shipping process to be complete by the end of the month from the various fulfillment centers. Once we started this process, BackerKit flipped over to a new state called "fulfilled." We can't change what this is called, but it simply means we have started the fulfillment process. Sorry for any confusion this might have caused.
We did receive some production photos we’d like to share, and we can’t wait for you all to receive your games soon to see this for yourself!

July Update #2! Boat date has changed slightly + Locking addresses!

Hi, again, everyone!
I wanted to get a quick update out as there was a small delay in getting on a boat and, we also need to lock addresses to prepare for shipping!
Waiting on a boat - New Anticipated Schedule
- Leaving Port: July 25th
- Arriving at various fulfillment centers: Early August Asia/Australia, Early September for ROW
- Fulfillment begins in Asia & Australia first as the product is the closest to you all and we expect this to happen in early August. The rest of the shipments will come from our fulfillment center in the US and will start shipping after receiving barring any other delays along the way. Things still take time to get to us from the ports in the US due to railyard congestion in the US.
Locking Addresses - Last Call For Changes!
To allow our fulfillment partners plenty of time to organize and prepare, we will be locking down BackerKit Monday, July 18th to export backer information.
As of this update, you can still make changes via your original survey link.
Once we have locked BackerKit down (or if you don't have your original survey link), you will need to message us with any last-minute changes. To minimize response time, please include your full name, email address, and the complete details of your requested change (for example: new shipping address) in the body of the email.
